Policies
Since each product from Transanalog is completely handmade there will be some differences from each other as well as some imperfections. For example, since the enclosures of the Theremins are carved from a solid block of hardwood there may be small chips or gaps where the bottom cover mates with the enclosure, or the antennas may not be mounted 100% straight. These cosmetic imperfections do not affect the performance of the product at all and add a unique character to each individual item.
Each item from Transanalog is made to order so please expect 2 to 4 weeks for delivery. If delivery time is expected to take longer (or shorter) we’ll email you to let you know the approximate wait. If you absolutely must have a particular item NOW then email us and we’ll try to work something out.
Transanalog offers a 6 month warrantee against electronic defects and malfunctions on all products we sell. We will repair or replace the defective item, minus shipping costs, at our discretion, within the warrantee period. Obvious physical abuse is obviously not covered. Please email us to set up the return.
